With this type of visit, you can explore the most iconic areas of the Alcázar at your own pace. The audio guide will take you to such notable spots as the Patio de las Doncellas, the María Padilla Baths, the Admiral’s Hall and the Alcázar Gardens, also known for being the setting for series such as Game of Thrones.

Important things to know
- You must provide us with your ID card or passport number and full name after making your booking so that we can arrange access to the monuments. On the day of the tour, you must bring and present your ID card to gain access to the Royal Alcázar.
- On the day of the tour, you must go to the Colors of Seville office at Calle Alemanes 31 to collect your ticket for the Real Alcázar. Your entry time will be the one you selected when you made your booking. You can collect your tickets from 1 hour before your booked time.
- Please remember to bring your own headphones to listen to the audio guide. You will also need free space on your device to download the audio guide.
- To take this tour, you must have an internet connection to download the app.
- The audio guide is not the official guide for the monument; it is an external audio guide, offered in collaboration with a provider, as a complement to the visit.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
- It is possible to change the date of the activity, depending on how far in advance the request is made. In some cases, it will be necessary to pay again the corresponding amount for monument tickets or other arrangements to secure the new date.
- Tickets already purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are bought in advance and issued in the visitor’s name.
- Except for the amount corresponding to tickets, as a general rule all activities offer a free cancellation policy up to 24 hours before the tour starts.
- In the case of Granada, excluding the amount corresponding to tickets, cancellation is free if made at least 48 hours before the tour.
- In the case of audio-guided tours, the product is non-refundable.
