Terms and Conditions

Turiguía is a commercial brand of Naturanda Turismo Ambiental S.L., with Tax ID (CIF) B90054370 and registered office at C/ Rastro 12a, 41001 Seville.
All services offered under the Turiguía brand are provided by Naturanda Turismo Ambiental S.L., which assumes full legal and contractual responsibility for them.

1. Organization

These General Conditions define the relationship between the customer and Naturanda Turismo Ambiental S.L. (hereinafter, Naturanda), owner of the Turiguía brand. Naturanda offers a variety of services designed to facilitate the exploration and enjoyment of Seville, Andalusia, Madrid, Barcelona, and Morocco.

The main services are:

  • Guided tours: Guided visits to monuments, museums, and other points of interest.
  • Excursions: Routes to nearby destinations, including natural parks, historic towns, and cultural sites.
  • Private tours and excursions: Customized services upon customer request.
  • Transportation: Complementary transfers associated with the main activities.
  • Intermediation: Management of bookings and communication with external companies that provide specific services; responsibility for the service lies with those companies.

2. Booking Conditions

  • Bookings are made through the Turiguía website or via online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Prices shown are per person and valid for the current year unless the booking is confirmed.
  • Prices do not include tips, personal insurance, personal items, or food and drinks unless expressly stated.
  • The booking is considered final once payment is made by card, bank transfer, or another accepted method.
  • For OTA bookings, the payment conditions of the respective platform will apply.
  • After booking, a confirmation email will be sent with service details; the customer must verify all information.
  • The confirmation voucher must be presented at the start of the service, along with an ID document (DNI or passport).

3. Participation Conditions

During complementary private transport, the customer must follow safety rules:

  • Remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
  • Do not attempt to exit while the vehicle is moving.
  • No smoking, eating, or drinking inside the vehicle.
  • Follow the instructions of the guide or driver.
  • Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. Non-compliance will be the customer’s responsibility.

Leaving or separating from the group for reasons not attributable to the organization will not entitle the customer to compensation.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

4.1 Customer-requested changes

Subject to availability; fulfillment is not guaranteed if the request cannot be accommodated.

4.2 Provider-driven changes

Providers may modify dates, prices, legal requirements, or age restrictions; Naturanda may cancel or modify services accordingly.

4.3 Free cancellations

Generally allowed up to 24 hours before the activity starts.

Exception: Granada, up to 48 hours; Alhambra tickets are non-refundable.

4.4 Cancellations due to customer responsibility

  • No-show: loss of the full amount.
  • Missing required documentation: considered a no-show, no refund.

4.5 Cancellations for reasons beyond the customer’s control

  • Illness or justified accident: 40% refund, or rescheduling/voucher for 60%.
  • Public transport delay or cancellation: 40% refund, or rescheduling/voucher for 60%.
  • Serious hospitalization or family bereavement: 100% refund.

Notice: must be given at least 1 hour before the activity starts.

4.6 Cancellations due to company responsibility

  • Cancellation due to justified reasons or minimum group size (4 people), notified the day before.
  • Tour not available in selected language: 100% refund if the customer does not accept an alternative.
  • Delays over 60 minutes: full refund if the customer decides not to take the activity.
  • No pickup or unregistered booking: 100% refund or rescheduling option.

5. Legal Framework

  • Law 16/1987 of July 30 on Land Transport Regulation.
  • Decree 168/1994 of May 30 on travel agencies.
  • Regulation 21/1995 of July 6 on package travel.
  • Transport in vehicles of more than 9 seats: Decree 319/1990 of December 21, subcontracted to authorized companies.

6. Liability

Naturanda shall not be liable for indirect losses or damages, including loss of data, refunds, business, opportunities, or reputation. Circumstances beyond control include illness, theft, breakdowns, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, adverse weather conditions, among others.

The customer acknowledges that activities involve inherent risks and accepts compensation covered by Naturanda’s mandatory insurance.

7. Use of images for promotional purposes

Naturanda may use photos or videos taken during activities for promotional purposes on its website, social media, or advertising materials. To request removal of images, write to info@turiguia.es, and they will be removed within a reasonable period.

8. Acceptance of General Conditions

By making a booking, the customer accepts these General Conditions, which form part of the service contract. Naturanda reserves the right to modify these General Conditions by publishing any changes on the official website.
